Return & Exchange Policy

All baby goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless otherwise stated below.

Return Policy

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

Several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to clothing and cloth accessories, teethers and feeding products, consumables etc. All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable. Blind packs goods sold are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.

Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

If you meet the above criteria you may apply for an exchange or a refund.

Exchange Policy

In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value. Gift cards, coupons or third party merchants' vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.

Refund Policy

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

A refund will be processed if your item is out-of-stock or you may choose to wait for the next available shipment. We are able to process partial refund on your order if your refund request is approved. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be done in store. Baby Nassau reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Baby Nassau will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.

Gift Card

  • Gift Card, coupons or third-party merchants’ vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.
  • Baby Nassau will not be responsible for any stolen or lost Gift Card
  • Baby Nassau Gift Card cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards. Any unused amount will not be refunded after expiry.
  • If you have made an Online payment with a Gift Card in whole or part of the order, any item paid for using the Gift Card is accepted for return. The amount owing will be added to a new Digital Gift Card and email to the original Card receiver.
